How should I care for my garment?

Care instructions are listed in the Description on each product page. General guidance: avoid high heat and harsh spin cycles; hand-wash cold or dry clean if the page suggests it; hang or fold along seams to preserve shape.

Do you offer custom or made-to-measure?

Not at this time. We plan to offer selected custom options in the future—join our mailing list to be notified when it launches.

Returns

Ready-to-ship: You have 7 days from delivery to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or stains.

All returns are approved after inspection for hygiene and wear. Items showing use will be returned to sender.

Approved returns receive a 100% refund of the item price to the original payment method. (Shipping is non-refundable.)

Return shipping: Customer is responsible. Please use a tracked, insured service; we’re not liable for parcels until received.

with Order # and style name within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, ship back within 7 days and share tracking.

Exchanges

To keep inventory accurate, exchanges are processed as a return + new order. Start a return within the 7-day window, then place a fresh order in your size/color.

Order changes/cancellations

If your order hasn’t shipped, email us ASAP with the subject “CHANGE/CANCEL + Order #” and we’ll do our best.
